At 8.00, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the old quarter and drive 5 minutes to Cooking Class.
The hosts will warmly welcome you and introduce their members, lives. Tour guide then will teach you some simple phrases "local language" in 30 minutes, it is very important to help you get shopping skills and spending the currency "VND" with the friendly sellers.
You then will start cycling (or walking) to the local market only 5 minutes, It's great chance to buy local things by yourself and experience a variety of foods from all the groceries such as: herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, fishes, fruits which are so fresh. All things bring you very close to the simple life (herbs and spices are a very important part of authentic Vietnamese food), you will have fun time to communicate and use body language with locals, incredible and unforgettable memories. Do not forget to take some photos with them.
At 10.00 Complete your shopping, we come back our home to prepare and cook by yourself under the instruction of the tour guide from the beginning to the end, learning how to marinate and to spice will be the most crucial lesson. You will also enjoy decorating dishes with carrot flowers, lemon grass stems, banana leaves and curved chili. The authentic magical sauce mixed from fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic and herbs is very easy to make.
At 12.00, enjoy your meal at the ideal dining place with wonderful view of Red River and Eiffel bridge, was built in 1902 by the French architect Gustave Eiffel.

At 13.00, our tour guide will transfer you back your hotel

Your Vietnam Beach vacation begins with trip to Halong Bay, a collection of almost 2000 islands and jungle-clad limestone pillars in the Tonkin Gulf. Called “Bay of Descending Dragons” in Vietnamese, the archipelago is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a world-famous travel destination.
Leave hotel with shuttle bus and go ahead Halong with pass through wonderful scenery en route for tranquil villages and buffalo on fields.
Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and a delicious freshly caught seafood lunch whilst sailing out of the Bay passing amazing shaped mountains. Enjoy the seascape from the sundeck or even in your private cabin through glass window. Take swimming, kayaking and visit caves on the island to get more experience. In the late afternoon, we take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration from the on board chefs and enjoy the seafood feast for dinner as stars emerge from behind those jungle-clad limestone pillars.
Spending night on board in elegant cabin and handicraft wooden interiors with air-conditioning. Or there is an option of night fishing before an overnight stay aboard.

Rise early to catch sunrise over Sung Sot Cave while taking part in a Tai Chi class with the boat’s Tai Chi guru.
Enjoy a light breakfast and sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. Then, you can explore Sung Sot Cave, swim and relax. Cruise back to the jetty while brunch is served as you are cruising through the bay and observing more fascinating rock formations.
Return to Hanoi by shuttle bus of cruise.
